Anise Toast

     1 cup flour
     2/3 cup sugar
     1 t. anise seeds
     2 eggs 


     1. Beat eggs and sugar.

     2. Add anise seeds and flour. Mix well.

     3. Shape dough into a oblong loaf about 2 inches wide and 1 inch high.

     4. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.

     5. Cool for about 1 hour.  Cut into 1/2 inch slices.

     6. Place slices on a cookie sheet and toast for 10-15 minutes.
