Stuffed Calamari

     2 lbs squid tubes (quills and skin removed removed)
    2 c dry bread crumb
    1 onion, diced
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    2 T fresh parsley, chopped
    2 T raisins
    1 large egg, beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
    16-oz tomato sauce


      1.  In a bowl, mix bread crumb, onion, garlic, parsley, raisins, salt, pepper and egg.  If you have the tenacles, chopped them and add them to the stuffing.
     2.  Stuff squid tubes and place them in a baking dish.
     3.  Pour tomato sauce over squid, cover dish, and bake in a 350 degree oven until done, about 30 minutes.
