Green Beans with Garlic

Ingredients:

   1 to 1 1/2 lbs green beans, steamed or boiled
   6-8 cloves garlic, chopped
   olive oil

Directions:

   1. Prepare the green beans by steaming or boiling.  Canned green beans can be used.  Reserve about 1/4 cup of the cooking liquid.

   2.  In a pan, cook the garlic in the olive oil for about 1 minute.  Add some of the cooking liquid from the beans to keep the garlic from burning.  Continue cooking for about 2 minutes more.

   3.  Add green beans, toss, and cook until warm.

   3.  Add the green beans to the garlic.  Toss and cook just until warm.  Serve immediately.
