Giamona & Cartwright Families...

     1 loaf of Italian or French bread
     8 oz cream cheese
     1/2 c grated mozarilla
     1/4 cup grated parmesan
     1 t Italian seasoning
     1 large tomato, chopped

     1.  Slice bread into 3/4 to 1-inch slices.
     2.  Soften cream cheese and combine with all other ingredients except the tomatoes.
     3.  Spread cheese mixture on one side of each bread slice.
     4.  Sprinkle each slice with chopped tomatoes.
     5.  Toast on a cookie sheet in a 350 degree oven until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
