Green Beans with Garlic

     1 to 1 1/2 lbs green beans, steamed or boiled, drained
     6-8 cloves garlic, pressed
     olive oil or oil of your choice


     1.  Steam or boil green beans until tender.  Season with salt and pepper to taste.  (Canned green beans may be used in this recipe.)  Reserve about 1/4 c of cooking liquid.     2.  In a saute pan, cook garilic in oil over low to medium heat for 1-2 minutes.  Do not allow the garlic to brown.  It will probably be necessary to add some of the cooking liquid to keep the garlic from browning.
     3.  Add green beans.  Toss and heat thoroughly.
