	Raisin Pie Ellen Cartwright Ingredients:      1 c raisins      1 c water      1 c sugar      1/4 c flour      1/4 lb margarine      1 t vanilla      pinch of salt      unbaked pie shell      strips of pie dough Directions:      1.  Cook raisins in water ; boil for 5 minutes.      2.  Mix sugar and flour and add to raisins.  Cook until thick.      3.  Add margarine, vanilla, and salt. Mix well and pour into unbaked pie shell.  Layer strips of pie dough across the top.      4.  Bake in 350 degree oven until brown.
