Lemon-Pepper Salmon

     salmon filets or salmon steaks (4 to 6-oz each  per serving)
     fresh lemon juice
     fresh ground (coarse) black pepper
     non-stick cooking spray


     1.  Drizzle each filet or steak with lemon juice and sprinkle with pepper.  Pat pepper into fish.
     2.  Spray a cookie sheet with a non-stick cooking spray and place fish on sheet.
     3.  Cook a preheated, 450 degree oven for about 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
