Giamona & Cartwright Families...

Four-Cheese Stuffed Shells

     1 package jumbo pasta shells
     8 oz. cream cheese
     1 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
     1 cup cottage cheese or ricotta
     1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
     1 egg, slightly beaten
     1/4 t. lemon jest
     1/2 t. oregano
     2 t. sweet basil
     1/2 t. thyme 


     1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
     2. Soften cream cheese.
     3. Add all other cheeses and spices and mix well.
     4. Stuff into cooked pasta shells.
     5. Arrange stuffed shells into a baking dish one layer thick and cover.
     6. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
     7. Serve with your favorite white or red sauce.
