Sweet Potato Pie
Mary Anne Cartwright Giamona

Ingredients:

     2 cups of mashed sweet potatoes
     1 can evaporated milk
     1 cup sugar
     3 beaten eggs
     1/2 t. nutmeg
     1 10-inch pie crust

Directions:

     1. Combine all ingredients and beat well.
     2. Pour into an unbaked pie crust.
     3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
     4. A knife inserted into the center of the pie should come out clean when done.
