Swiss Steak

Ingredients:

     2-3 lbs round steak
     2 large onions, sliced
     seasoned flour
     1/4 c oil
     1/4 c water

Directions:

     1.  Cut steak into serving size pieces.
     2.  Dredge steak pieces in seasoned flour.  Use a prepared seasoned flour mix or mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
     3.  Quickly brown meat in oil.  Place browned pieces into a pan with a tight-fittting lid.
     4.  When all pieces are browned.  Cover meat with sliced onions.  Add water.  Cover and cook in a 350 degree oven for 2-3 hours or until meat is very tender.
