Uova strapazzate con Pomodoro (Scrambled eggs and tomatoes)

   6 eggs, beaten
   1 large onion, chopped
   4 ripe, diced tomatoes
   pinch of basil
   olive oil
   salt and pepper to taste


   1. Saute onion in oil until tender.

   2. Add tomatoes and continue to cook for about 5 minutes.

   3. Add beaten eggs. Stir mixture until eggs are done.
