Ingredients for each serving:

   2 eggs
   1 1/2 to 2 cups water
   1 clove garlic, chopped
   chopped parsley
   salt and pepper to taste
   drizzle of olive oil


   1. In a saucepan, beat eggs and add all other ingredients.  

   2. Cook for about 10 minutes, beating the mixture with a fork.
