Oscar STEPP, son of Joseph Livingstone STEPP and Martha Salome CORN , was born June 22,1888. He married Bertha Melinda MCMINN . He died October 28, 1963. Bertha Melinda MCMINN, daughter of James Newton David MCMINN and Emma Elizabeth LOVE , was born January 12, 1894. She died April 18, 1972.
